An application is used only to request needs-based charitable assistance. Requests are reviewed separately under the applicable policy and depend on verified need, eligibility, available resources, and approval.

Paying membership dues does not create priority or guarantee assistance. The assistance program is not accepting applications while its safeguards and operating resources are being prepared.
